Hi! My name is Marta and welcome to the thrift community! What started as a simple spring cleaning to keep me busy during quarantine has spiraled into my very own small business.

I didn’t start this in hopes of making the most money. My hope is to give someone something they feel confident in, at a good value, so they want to come back to me for more. Every item I post, I spent time searching for and preparing for a new home. Thrifting/upcycling allows people to participate in fashion trends, avoid fast fashion, and be a part of the community regardless of their income. I have always believed that individuality is very important and clothing is the best way to express yourself. I now am able to help others express their individuality too. I hope as my business grows I can provide affordable and sustainable pieces to a wider audience through launching my website, in addition to bringing more people into the thrifting and upcycling community!

Why shop second-hand? The benefits are endless. Thrifting opens doors to self expression by revealing unique pieces not everyone has. I care about my customers and their happiness so my prices are always below retail. On a different note, shopping second-hand saves the planet! Thrifting and upcycling leaves a smaller carbon footprint on the planet than buying from “fast fashion” industries. These industries’ produce overwhelming amounts of carbon dioxide and greenhouse gases. One person’s seemingly small decisions aren’t so small when everyone’s doing it.

I hope my page can be a place where people can find clothes they love and spread awareness about sustainability!
